TOPIC: Dissolution of the Seneca Special Road District.
Doors Open: 5:00 pm
Registration of those wishing to speak.
Begin Time: 5:30 pm
One hour will be allotted for presentation by each position (pro & con).
5:35 pm Spokesperson (5 minutes) representing petitioners asking to dissolve Seneca Special Road District.
5:40 pm Three minutes per presentation by pre-registered individuals wishing to present additional fact to advance explanation and objectives of petitioners.
6:40 pm (or earlier) Spokesperson (5 minutes) representing those opposing the dissolution of the Seneca Special Road District.
6:45 pm Three minutes per presentation by pre-registered individuals wishing to present additional fact to advance explanation and objectives of petitioners.
Advise attendees that they may submit comments in writing, to the Newton County Commission, either during or following the meeting. Deadline for submitting written comments is Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 4:00 pm.
This hearing is for information gathering only. All documented information will be reviewed after the Tuesday, January 27, 2015 submission deadline.
