Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked Bid 2026-13: Emergency Equipment for Police Vehicles until Thursday, 10:30 a.m. February 12, 2026, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Captain Mike Barnett, 417 451 8300 or email [email protected]. Wheelchair access is through the north ramp entrance and throughout the Courthouse via the elevator. Handicap restrooms are located on the third floor. An assistive listening device is located in the second floor courtroom. |
