BID 2024-27: Newton County Collector Paper ProductsNOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for Paper Products to be used by the Newton County Collector’s Office. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked “Bid 2024-27: Newton County Collector Paper Products until 10:30 am Thursday, August 1, 2024, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Sealed bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Newton County Collector Jessica Crawford at 417-451-8202. Newton County wants to purchase (3) Motorola Command Post W/first net router (mobile call-taking positions) A T &T is the existing 911 call taking vendor for Newton County. A T & T would be the sole source of any additions and maintenance for existing 911 equipment. |
