The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for research and production of lien searches of prospective properties for the 2024 Newton County Delinquent Tax Lien Auction. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked “Bid 2024-18: Lien Searches” until 10:30 am, Thursday, April 4, 2024, at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Sealed bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any emailed bids, collect calls, COD shipments or postage due mailings. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
