Bid 2021-18: Newton County Jail Repair Heating and Cooling Unit
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Newton County is accepting bids for the repair of one side of a ten ton existing Trane Water Service Heating and Cooling Unit at the Newton County Jail. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked “Bid 2021-18: Newton County Jail Repair Heating and Cooling Unit” until Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. April 21, 2021, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any emailed bids, collect calls, COD shipments, or postage due mailings. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner David Osborn at 417-451-8223. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850 and on the Newton County website at www.newtoncountymo.com. NOTICE TO INSTITUTIONS
The Newton County Commission is seeking proposals from banking corporations or associations which desire to be selected as the depositary for Newton County, Missouri. All such banking corporations or associations shall comply with the provisions of RSMo 110.130 through 110.270. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed proposals clearly marked Request for Proposal 2021-17: Newton County Depositary until 10:30 am, Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the proposals. Proposals must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any proposal not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed proposals. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. Questions relating to this request for proposal shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner, Bill Reiboldt at 417-451-8223 or County Clerk, Tami Owens at 417-451-8221. Newton County intends to purchase additional electronic access devises. Atronic Alarms is the existing vendor for Newton County. Atronic Alarms would be the sole source of any additions and maintenance for existing access equipment.
