Bid 2022-26: Newton County Jail Heating and Cooling Units
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Newton County is accepting bids for 2 (two) Trane 8 ton ground source heat pumps or equivalent at the Newton County Jail. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked “Bid 2022-26: Newton County Jail Heating and Cooling Units” until Thursday, 10:30 a.m. October 6, 2022, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Commissioner David Osborn at 417-451-8223. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850. Newton County intends to purchase additional electronic access devises. Atronic Alarms is the existing vendor for Newton County. Atronic Alarms would be the sole source of any additions and maintenance for existing access equipment.
