Notice of Public Hearing

The Newton County Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to discuss the proposed disincorporation of the Seneca Special Road District at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the Conference Room located at the Newton County Sheriff Department, Neosho, Missouri 64850. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear opinions of the residents of Newton County with respect to the petition for disincorporation which has been filed.

Newton County Commission will accept comments in writing through January 20. Any written comments musts include name and address. Written comments may be sent to Newton County Commission, 101 S. Wood, Suite 201, Neosho, MO 64850.
