A hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 24, 2020 in the Newton County Commission Office in the Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri. The purpose of the meeting is to hear citizens’ comments regarding the proposed property tax rates to be set for the Newton County Common Road District.
The Tax Rates shall be calculated to produce substantially the same revenues as were required in the adopted annual budget for 2020.
