In response to the most recent CDC’s guidelines for social distancing, the Historic Newton County Courthouse will be closed to the public until further notice. Those citizens with business critical engagements are encouraged to contact the respective office holder to make necessary arrangements.

The Missouri Supreme Court has suspended all In-Person court appearances, however, at this time the Judicial Center will remain open.
