Auctioneer & Liquor LicensesThe County Clerk is also responsible for the issuance of county auctioneer licenses and liquor licenses.
For auctioneer licenses, applicants must complete an application and pay a filing fee in the County Clerk's Office, with the Collector of Revenue being responsible for further processing and fees collection. For liquor licenses, applicants must first obtain their license(s) from the State of Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. A copy of the license(s) must then accompany the county application, copy of applicant's driver license, and the appropriate license fee to secure a county license from the County Clerk. |
